Good gym, plenty of equipment. Very popular at certain times, if you have a set routine you might have to wait for a machine or tweak your sets a little. But a nice space nonetheless. The reason I knocked off two stars is that the hot tub has been closed for months now. I don’t know if they have a specific contract with Pool Medics, but the job they’ve been doing has clearly been unsatisfactory. As a result many at the gym are paying monthly fees for services they cannot use. I get it, when you’re working with electrics and tools, probably best to not have your clients nearby in a vat of hot water. Fair enough. But they close the pool, close the sauna/steam rooms just so they can “fix” the problem for two days and then everything shuts down again. I wouldn’t mind the inconvenience if they waived our pool fee month to month, but what incentive do I have to pay for services that I’m not allowed to use?

The hot tub is gross. That's a lot of hair and who knows what floating on the surface. There's a sign at this location saying don't touch the jet knob as they are TEMPORARILY down but then when I reported to the front desk I was told there are no jets in the hot tub?!? People are still not showering before getting in the water, people are not taking their shoes off before the saunas and people are pouring their own essential oils in the steam sauna. This place is gross.

This gym is okay, and I would give it a higher score but lately so many machines have been down for multiple weeks, with no attempt to fix. Most of the lockers do not function, which is so frustrating because nothing is being done. & the most disappointment thing is the spa/pool/hot tub. The hot tub has never been functioning since I became a member. & the spa area is nasty. It says no shoes but it is never enforced. Also, this place is not clean & the roof leaks, I have had water drop on my head and if you are in the pool you can hear water falling into the pool from the roof.

Great gym overall, just didn't like how when we signed up in January it was spoused to be free until March (2 months free with sign up fee). I signed up and then a month later (February 1st) we got charged $50. So actually paid for 3 months anyways. Just seems a bit more than a coincidence that the annual fee is charged in February....a month after running 2 month free promo.

A decent gym. There’s a good variety of classes and they’re always trying to update them to accommodate more people. The saunas are nice. Most of the staff and trainers are nice. It’s clean. Free weights are almost always full, as well as the heavy machines like leg press. It’s busy and a lot of younger people work out there.
